Your property will be well maintained, preventive maintenance performed, regularly checked and reported to you.
Material and guest amenities included
Material for cleaning, basic maintenance as well as guest amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) as well as staples like batteries, light bulbs etc, are included.
Unlimited propietario's stays
Propietario's stays are unlimited and free of commissions.
No minimum duration
Our contracts are open end and can be terminated at any time, respecting a notice period of 30 days.
Competitive pricing
Our prices are within the medium range for offerings of vacation rentals. All prices will be agreed and communicated clearly before signing the contract.

Promoting properties
Multi-platform
We use up to 12 leading channels to promote properties and receive more reservations.
Channel manager
We use a channel manager that allows guests to place reservations immediately, without having the risk of overbookings. Propietarios can see the calendar with all reservations on their profiles.
Active management
We actively manage the listings, comply with platform guidelines, compare listings to reference objects to optimize reservations.

We are fully transparent in terms of total guest price, all expenses chared as well as taxes.
Monthly financial report
Our monthly reports about reservations, income, charges and balance will normally be provided within 5 calendar days after the end of the month.
