All started with a brainstorming of how to significantly improve satisfaction of propietarios and guests.
Then we prioritized what matters most, evaluated bringing these ideas to reality and created RentaLista.

We see a lot of potential in vacational rentals as many potential guests are still discovering the advantages of an “Airbnb” compared with a hotel.
However, the market has become more challenging (increasing supply, seasonality, price management, regulations, costs, etc.).
